The B-29 Wings of the Marianas is planning a reunion in Colorado Springs, Aug 29-Sep 1, 2021.

We have selected Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs as our headquarters for the reunion.

Plans are for a road trip to the Weisbrod Aircraft Museum in Pueblo Colorado where they have B-29 Peachy on display, as well as several other aircraft. On Tuesday, our plans are to have a Memorial Service at the Air Force Academy cemetery where the 20th Air Force and several of the B-29 wings have memorial plaques mounted on the wall. Many notable Air Force dignitaries are interred in the Air Force Academy cemetery. From there, plans are to tour the Air Force Academy Visitors Center.

The B-29 Wings of the Marianas will have a business meeting on Monday evening and a banquet on Tuesday evening.

The hotel will honor the reunion rate for the entire week through Sep 3rd. As a bonus, it was recently announced that FiFi, one of two flying B-29s, will be in Colorado Springs beginning the evening of Sep 1 and be on display until the 5th.
